Greenland Topographic Map (GTK) is a collection of Greenland maps, based on both modern and historical material. The maps consist of three map series which can be presented in the same geographic system. It means that you can have multiple map windows open with different maps of the same area.

The maps contain topographic maps of Greenland in 3 scales:
Greenland 1:250.000 (covering parts of Greenland - see map 1)
Greenland 1:500,000 (covers all of Greenland - see map 2)
Greenland 1:2.5 million. (covers all of Greenland)

The accuracy depends on the origin of the material used for the maps.
The oldest material forms the basis  of Greenland's southwest coast. Here, there may be many kilometers of inaccuracies on the map. All of northern Greenland and Southeast Greenland is measured photogrammetrically by more recent standards, and here the accuracy is more than 30 meters on the map.

NunaGIS is a digital atlas displaying maps over Greenland through the Internet. You can see a map covering all Greenland or a special map of North East Greenland. You are also able to try out accurate maps and aerial photos of the towns and villages of Greenland.

On top of the maps you can display geographical information themes such as bird colonies and sensitive areas, GPS monitored caribous north of Nuuk, hunting districts, historic buildings, territorial boundaries of Greenland and lots of other themes.

In June 2013, Asiaq made a report to Dancea to give a status on the project NunaGIS. The report is only in Danish. You can see the report here
